Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website of A-Line Striping, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at www.alinestripinginc.com (the “Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access our Site or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site and our services.

A-Line Striping, Inc. provides commercial parking lot striping, asphalt sealcoating, warehouse floor marking, layout design, and related pavement maintenance services. All services are subject to the following conditions:

• Services are performed as described in our written quote or proposal
• Work schedules are subject to weather conditions and site accessibility
• Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area as agreed upon
• Customer is responsible for ensuring all vehicles and obstructions are removed from the work area prior to the scheduled service date

All pricing is provided through written quotes. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance
• Quotes are based on conditions observed at the time of assessment; unforeseen conditions discovered during work may result in adjusted pricing with customer approval
• Additional work beyond the scope of the original quote requires a separate written agreement

We provide a 1-Year workmanship warranty on all services performed. This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship or application
• Premature peeling, flaking, or fading under normal conditions
• Issues directly resulting from improper application by our crew

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by vehicle traffic, tire marks, or vehicular accidents
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from oil, gasoline, chemical spills, or de-icing agents
• Damage from snow removal equipment, power washing, or abrasive cleaning
• Pre-existing surface conditions (cracks, deterioration, subsurface failure)
• Failure of customer to follow post-application care instructions (e.g., allowing traffic on fresh markings before the recommended cure time)

Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period. We will inspect the work and, at our discretion, repair or re-apply affected areas at no additional cost.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Projects exceeding $2,500 may require a deposit of up to 50% prior to commencement
• Late payments (beyond 30 days) may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• We reserve the right to suspend work on outstanding accounts

We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service:

• 48+ hours notice: no fee; we will reschedule at the next mutually convenient date
• Less than 48 hours notice: a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the quoted price may apply to cover mobilization costs
• No-show / day-of cancellation: the full mobilization fee applies

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions at no cost to the customer.

By engaging our services, you grant A-Line Striping, Inc. and its crew permission to access your property with vehicles, equipment, and materials as necessary to complete the contracted work. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to grant such access (as property owner, authorized agent, or facility manager)
• The property is safe and free from hazards that are not disclosed to us in advance
• You will notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface features in the work area

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Line Striping, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services or this Site, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A-Line Striping, Inc., its owners, employees, and subcontractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misrepresentation of authority to grant property access
• Third-party claims resulting from your use of our services
• Your failure to disclose known hazards or site conditions

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of God
• Government orders, regulations, or restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions affecting materials availability
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• Labor disputes, strikes, or workforce shortages

The affected party will provide prompt notice and make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

This Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Content on this Site, including text, images, and service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of services.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of A-Line Striping, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of DeSoto County, Mississippi, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any written quote or proposal provided by A-Line Striping, Inc., constitute the entire agreement between you and A-Line Striping, Inc. regarding the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
